About the project
Taípe covers more than 3 million m² on top of the cliffs of Praia de Taípe, in Trancoso, with access to the beach by lift. The first phase brings together 82 single-family plots between the local vegetation and the sea.
Clubhouse Falésia
Designed by David Bastos, the Clubhouse Falésia has a restaurant, the Falésia Bar, the Lounge Areia, a pool, a kids’ area, a games room, a gym open 24 hours and a spa with saunas and massage rooms.
Esporte Park and beach access
The Esporte Park has a multi-sport court, six beach tennis courts, four tennis courts, a golf range and a semi-Olympic pool. The way down to the beach is via The Lift, the community’s lift, and an elevated deck, and the paths that already existed on the site have become nature trails.
Who is behind the design
The master plan is by Architects + Co, by the architects Caio Bandeira and Tiago Martins. The architecture of the common areas is by David Bastos, of DB Arquitetos, and the landscaping is by Hanazaki.
