About the project
Beyond The Club is a complete club with an artificial beach, perfect waves for surfing, sports, restaurants, coworking and accommodation, on Marginal Pinheiros. It was conceived by KSM Realty, with BTG Pactual Asset Management and Realty Properties, and operates on a model of family equity titles (títulos patrimoniais familiares), with only 3,000 titles.
Beach and Wavegarden
There is more than 28,000 m² of beach, with a strip of soft sand, a main pool of more than 1,200 m² and a walking track. The wave pool was designed by Wavegarden, is described as the largest in the world and produces 1,000 waves an hour, with more than 30 types of waves for every level, consuming only 1 kWh per wave.
Sports, wellbeing and socialising
The facilities include indoor and outdoor clay tennis courts, beach tennis, squash, paddle and pickleball; an indoor skatepark designed by Bob Burnquist; a multi-sport gymnasium; a gym of more than 2,000 m² operated by Bodytech; a semi-Olympic pool; spaces for dance, yoga, circus and combat sports; golf, ski, snowboard and motor racing simulators; restaurants, a wine cellar, a jazz bar, a cigar lounge and a 1,200-seat theatre; plus a kids’ area, a Pet Club and a Boulevard of shops.
Title and governance
The family title covers the holder, spouse, children up to 30 years old and parents and grandparents over 70. The club is a non-profit association, governed by advisory councils and professional management, and the transfer fee is up to 10% of the title’s reference value.
