Straightforward answers to common questions before we speak.

It means that the projects are brokered with the backing of the Sotheby's International Realty network and with access to the Bossa Nova Sotheby's portfolio, including off-market projects.

No. The service and curation are free of charge for the buyer. The remuneration comes from the intermediation with the developer, in line with market standards.

Operations are nationwide. The current portfolio includes projects on the coast of Ceará, on the Rota Ecológica dos Milagres (Alagoas) and in São Paulo, in the capital and the interior.

Yes. Part of the guidance is arranging in-person visits and schedules with the developers, from the first contact to your decision.

Some projects are under development or launching soon. In those cases, plans, schedules and prices are preliminary and set by the developer, and this condition is communicated during the service.
