About the project
Fazenda Vista Verde covers approximately 4 million square metres in Araçoiaba da Serra, known as the City of the Sun, about an hour and twenty minutes from São Paulo via the Rodovia Castelo Branco and minutes from Sorocaba. The land already has avenues of century-old trees, a historic clubhouse more than half a century old, a stud farm and rivers along its boundaries. The masterplan provides for nature, sport, gastronomy and hospitality in the same place.
The project concept
The masterplan provides for a luxury hotel with a restaurant by the VIK Retreats brand, a first-class spa, a wave pool, an Art Center as an open-air museum, main and children’s pools with a restaurant, a full gym, kids’ areas, a Farmers Market with an organic vegetable garden and agroforest, a stud farm, an ecumenical chapel, trails and running and cycling tracks, sports courts, a mini farm, a helipad and lush lakes. Security includes a gatehouse, a fully walled perimeter and 24-hour monitoring.
Plots and occupancy
The plots are at least 2,000 m² each, with 160 plots in the first phase and further phases planned. The proposal is to offer space, privacy and the freedom to build a residence integrated into the natural setting, with signature landscaping and wide views.
Who is behind the design
Among the co-creators are Luiz Carlos Orsini in landscaping, Marcelo Montoro in the architecture of the common areas, Marina Linhares in decoration and interiors, Patricia O’Reilly in urban planning, Marcelo Daglio in the architecture of the hotel and the wave pool, Alex and Carrie Vik for VIK Retreats, Patricia Borges in art curation, Diana Brooks in equestrian architecture and Gálvez and Márton in the architecture of the villas.
