About the project
Carnaúba Wind House is a club for those who love wind, nature and the outdoor life, at Praia do Preá, one of the world’s leading kitesurfing destinations, with up to seven months of wind a year. By becoming a member, you receive annual credits to book the club’s bungalows, with complete flexibility when choosing dates, and the title is for life, equity-based and can be transferred or resold.
The club with its toes in the sand
The facilities include Freshwater Lagoon, Bora Restaurant on the lagoon shore, Beach Club, Kids' Park, Spa & Saunas, Fitness Center, tennis and beach tennis courts, Business Hub and Kite Center. Members have access to all-inclusive Duotone kite and wing foil equipment and to the Kite Lift service for downwinds.
How the club works
The nights used are deducted from the credit balance, with no extra charge for accommodation. Unused credits can be sold to third parties or through the Reservations Centre. The Título Vento adds a dedicated concierge, early check-in and late check-out, accommodation upgrades and cancellation flexibility up to 15 days in advance.
Social impact
1% of the value of each title is allocated to Instituto Camboa. Between 2024 and 2025, the institute directly impacted more than 6,000 residents of the region, with 341 people graduating from qualification programmes, more than 190 women trained and more than 130 tonnes of waste recycled.
