About the project
Reserva do Alto I brings together 22 houses of contemporary architecture in a community in Chácara Flora, with a view of a green area. It is on Rua Visconde de Porto Seguro, close to Hípica de Santo Amaro, São Paulo Golf Club, schools such as Chapel School and Suíço-Brasileira, Shopping Morumbi and Centro Empresarial Berrini.
The houses
Each house spans four floors: a basement with garage and service area, a ground floor with living room, kitchen and gourmet area opening onto the garden and pool, an upper floor with four suites, and a rooftop with a TV room, an area for entertaining and a spa. There are two types: the Type 1 house, with 845 m², and the Type 2 house, with up to 524 m² of built area.
The community
The gatehouse is armoured, with a waiting lounge, separate vehicle entrance and exit, and a drop-off and pick-up bay. The clubhouse has a party room, gym, playroom and an open-air basketball area, connected by tree-lined walkways and a boulevard.
