About the project
Bossa Eco Luxury Villas sits on the seafront at Praia do Toque, named by The Guardian as one of Brazil’s most beautiful beaches, on the Rota Ecológica dos Milagres. Taipa Inc defines itself as a developer committed to integrating local culture, careful curation, charm and sustainability, and the landscaping is by Luiz Carlos Orsini, the same designer responsible for the lakes at Instituto Inhotim.
The houses
There are 43 houses in 6 unit types, from 294.85 m² to 475.82 m², with 4 to 6 suites and hotel-standard hospitality. The unit types range from Casa Brisa, with 4 suites, to Casa Mar, with 6 seafront suites, including houses with a rooftop and a view of the lake or the sea.
Amenities

Who is behind the design
The architecture is by Padovani Arquitetos, a firm with more than 20 awards in 2024, and by Agra Lemos, which designs luxury pousadas in the region such as ZAI, Haya and the Mahré hotel. The landscaping is by Luiz Carlos Orsini.
